The clients can make relevant surveys on the related LED fluorescent T8 tube products, so you can obtain the information about LED structure, gravity bearing, environment brightness, visual range, power supply and wiring conditions and so on.
The LED fluorescent T8 tube products are maintained and supported by professional engineer of our after-sale service department. Meanwhile, if the customers have any questions about our products after sale, you can inform us by E-mail or call, and we will reply within 24 hours after we receive the your messages, and we will offer good solution to your problem.
Based on the information obtained through the survey, we will make a confirmation with the client as the reference for project acceptance. After friendly negotiation between the client and us, the two parties shall subscribe a formal engineering contract with legal effect in accordance with the Contract Law. The client are supposed to finish the acceptance according to the time stipulated by the contract in accordance with the technical scheme, and confirm whether it is ok on the acceptance report.
In the warranty time, for any damage happen to the LED fluorescent T8 tube products caused by bad quality of products, we will offer solutions within 1 day.
